The episode starts with a review of recent events.

Then we see Sam and Michael have tracked down Max’s killer. He is in a warehouse in Wynwood. In reality they are on the Miami River under NW 12th Avenue. The warehouse is located at 1175 NW South River Drive.

The killer takes off and for some unknown reason they decide to let him go without chasing him down. He heads west on NW South River Drive.

Then we go to Michael’s loft, a set at the studio.

Then we see Michael return to the Wynwood warehouse where Pearce is investigating the incident.

Then we see Michael meet with Jesse at Carlito’s. Filmed on set at the rear of the studio.

Then we see Sam and Fiona go to Dixon’s house to insist on his help. Location unknown.

Then we see an aerial of Coconut Grove looking south.

Then we see the often used aerial of the Charger headed over the Card Sound Road Bridge.

Then we see an aerial, establishing shot of an airport building. This is stock footage and not of a South Florida airport. Thanks to Harold Loeser we know that this is the Executive Terminal at McCarran Airport in Las Vegas, Nevada. Thanks again Harold.

Then we land and we are at Opa locka Airport. At Miami Executive Aviation, 15001 Le Jeune Road/NW 42nd Ave. We have see this airport used in the Burn Notice Pilot where it was the Nigerian airport where Michael escapes via motorcycle and gets on a plane here. We have seen it used in the Burn Notice episodes: Family Business, Sins of Omission, Made Man and Hard Out. We have also seen it in the movies Bad Boys, and Miami Vice 2006. Also in several episodes of Miami Vice including Evan, Phil The Shill and Down For The Count Part 2.

Michael escapes in Pilot.

location seen in Hard Out

Then we go inside, filmed on location in Miami Executive Aviation.

Then we see Michael get a call out to Jesse who is also at Opa locka Airport. If this shot seemed a little strange to you or felt something was not right, there is a reason for it. The location and orientation of Jesse’s car moves during the scene.

The first shot has him parked on the east side of Musick Street facing north but then it cuts to a new camera angle (thru the driver’s window) and the car has magically moved to being on the south side of Wright Drive outside National Aviation just west of Musick Street.

Then we see Michael traveling northbound on Sewage Plant Road on Virginia Key. Yes, it is now suppose to be Fiona but when it was originally played in episode 52/ 408, Where There’s Smoke, it was suppose to be Michael. This is reused footage from Where There’s Smoke. We have also seen this location used before in Breaking and Entering, Rough Seas, and Better Halves.

Then we go inside the car to see Sam and Fiona talking. This was so horribly done that it is clear that these cuts were filmed inside the studio.

Then we see a police car pull in behind them to initiate a stop. This is clearly reused footage from episode 46/402 Fast Friends. Filmed at the old Burger King Headquarters located at the end of SW 184th Street.

Then we cut back to the interior for more poorly filmed conversation at the studio.

Then we see more reused footage. This time, Jesse (suppose to be Fiona and Sam) is speeding  southbound on 10th Avenue in Miami by NE 91st Terrace. Reused footage from episode 49/405 Neighborhood Watch.

Then we return to Miami Executive Aviation at Opa-locka Airport. 15001 NW 42nd Ave, Le Jeune Road.

Then Michael’s bomb goes off outside by the canopy which convinces them they may really have missed someone.

Then we see Jesse cutting the fence to make an easy escape route. He is cutting a “fake” fence that was set up just for the filming. He is on the east side of Le Jeune Road between Wright Drive and Miami Executive Aviation.

Then we return inside Miami Executive Aviation where Michael sends the guys on a wild goose chase.

Then we see Jesse arrive at TRACON to re-route the plane. This was filmed on set at the studio.

Then we see Sam and Fiona arrive with Dixon at his lab. In reality they are arriving on the west side of the studio by the Seminole Boat Ramp.

Then we return to the interior of Miami Executive Aviation.

Then we see them making their escape attempt. They are behind the National Aviation Building on Wright Drive.

Then Michael returns to Miami executive Aviation to keep his cover. Apparently slamming the chair into the table would not produce the desired effect or perhaps Michael was not able to break the glass as they clearly used a small explosive charge placed at the rear of the table. It goes off and shatters the glass shortly before the chair leg would have hit.

Then they go outside underneath the canopy at Miami Executive Aviation.

Then we return to Dixon’s boat lab which is tied up on the west side of the studio.

Then we return to Opa tisha woka locka. We see an exterior establishing shot of National Aviation.

Then we go inside. This was filmed on location at National Aviation.

From the outside we see Michael’s grenade go off fooling the bad guys into thinking everyone was dead. They did not bother to look.

Then we go to the Sea Oak Motel. This was filmed on location in Coconut Grove at 3245 Virgina Street.

Then we see an aerial view of the east end of Lincoln Road Mall looking west from over Collins Ave.

Then we see Sam and Dixon at Dixon’s secondary lab. Fans of the series will likely recognize this location right away from episode 23/211 Hot Spot where it was the car thieves’ hangout/bar (next door).

3736 Washington Avenue is seen in the background.

Then we go to the loft where we see Michael and Fiona. This was filmed on set inside the studio.

Then we return to the river warehouse where the episode started.

It is unknown if the interior was filmed on location or a set at the studio.

The episode ends there.
